- Learn the techniques: Based on your goals, you'll need to use
different fitness strategies. MyAH offers you the tools you need, but
detailed exercise descriptions and animated demonstrations to what
nutrition and dietary needs your specific fitness plan integrates with.
- Keep it going: Believe it or not, going to the gym or going
running once doesn't instantly make you fit. Fitness is a mentality
